The Challenge:
Timing Group’s Faro location was looking to energize its office space and reinforce a stronger sense of team culture.
The marketing team approached me with a clear but layered ask: illustrate the core value of two departments through murals designed to live within their workspaces.
This wasn’t just a decorative effort. It was part of a local initiative to build pride, alignment, and visibility across teams. Each mural needed to stand on its own while contributing to a cohesive cultural thread — reflecting the distinct role of each department while strengthening shared identity.

Approach:
I collaborated with the marketing director to map values to visuals, creating a distinct illustration for each department. We started with loose idea sketches, tested different metaphors and visual styles, and worked through rapid iterations to land on designs that felt expressive and rooted in the company’s culture.
Throughout the process, we prioritized clarity and emotion. Each mural had to be instantly readable and spark a sense of pride and belonging from the team it represented. Once aligned on direction, I moved into detailed illustrations, adapting composition and style to suit the physical wall layouts.
The murals quickly became an internal focal point — adding color and life to the space, and sparking curiosity across departments. Employees recognized themselves in the visuals, and leaders pointed to the project as a creative way to connect strategy with day-to-day energy.
